Welcome to Tatrako. We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal data. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the Tatrako app or website. By using our services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
تاتراكو أداة تتبّع يدوية — لا يتصل التطبيق بحسابات تابي أو تمارة أو أي مزوّد تقسيط. أنت من يدخل جميع بياناتك بنفسك، مما يمنحك تحكماً كاملاً في معلوماتك.
Tatrako is a manual tracking tool — the app does not connect to Tabby, Tamara, or any BNPL provider accounts. You enter all your data yourself, giving you full control over your information.

نجمع الحد الأدنى من المعلومات اللازمة لتقديم خدماتنا:
We collect the minimum information necessary to provide our services:
- عنوان البريد الإلكتروني: عند انضمامك لقائمة الانتظار أو إنشاء حساب.
- البيانات التي تدخلها يدوياً: خطط التقسيط، المبالغ، تواريخ الدفع، الراتب الشهري، وأي معلومات مالية أخرى تختار إضافتها في التطبيق.
- بيانات الاستخدام: معلومات تقنية أساسية مثل نوع الجهاز ونظام التشغيل لتحسين أداء التطبيق.
- Email address: When you join the waitlist or create an account.
- Manually entered data: Installment plans, amounts, payment dates, monthly salary, and any other financial information you choose to add in the app.
- Usage data: Basic technical information such as device type and operating system to improve app performance.
لا نجمع بيانات من حسابات تابي أو تمارة أو أي مزوّد تقسيط خارجي.
We do not collect data from Tabby, Tamara, or any external BNPL provider accounts.

- تقديم خدمات التتبّع والتذكير والحاسبة الذكية داخل التطبيق.
- إرسال تنبيهات الدفع التي تفعّلها.
- التواصل معك بخصوص قائمة الانتظار أو تحديثات التطبيق.
- تحسين تجربة المستخدم وأمان التطبيق.
- Providing tracking, reminder, and smart calculator services within the app.
- Sending payment notifications you enable.
- Communicating with you about the waitlist or app updates.
- Improving user experience and app security.
لا نبيع بياناتك لأي طرف ثالث، ولن نفعل ذلك أبداً.
We do not sell your data to any third party, and we never will.

نخزّن بياناتك بشكل آمن باستخدام معايير تشفير وحماية صناعية. لا نشارك بياناتك مع أي طرف ثالث دون موافقتك الصريحة، إلا إذا كان ذلك مطلوباً بموجب القانون.

- Waitlist platforms (such as Tally.so) to collect email addresses.
- Analytics services to improve app performance (without personally identifiable data).
- Secure cloud hosting services.
تاتراكو غير تابع لتابي أو تمارة أو سبوتي أو سمة أو أي مزوّد تقسيط.
Tatrako is not affiliated with Tabby, Tamara, Spotii, SIMAH, or any BNPL provider.

- الوصول إلى بياناتك الشخصية ومراجعتها.
- تصحيح أو تحديث معلوماتك.
- طلب حذف حسابك وبياناتك.
- سحب موافقتك على معالجة بياناتك في أي وقت.

- Access and review your personal data.

خصوصية الأطفالChildren's Privacy
تاتراكو مخصّص للمستخدمين الذين تبلغ أعمارهم 18 عاماً فأكثر. لا نجمع عن قصد معلومات من الأشخاص دون 18 عاماً. إذا علمنا بجمع بيانات لقاصر، سنحذفها فوراً.
Tatrako is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly.
التغييرات على هذه السياسةChanges to This Policy
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر. سنُعلمك بأي تغييرات جوهرية عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو إشعار داخل التطبيق. استمرارك في استخدام الخدمة بعد التحديث يعني موافقتك على السياسة المحدّثة.
